Cosmos midfielder, Eric Calvillo, continues to impress, scoring a brace in New York's 3-1 victory over Miami FC to earn his first Emirates Cosmos Man of the Match award this year.

The 19-year-old was on hand to net in the equalizer, getting on the end of Ayoze's crossbar-shaking spot kick delivery in the 64th minute to power the rebound into the upper 90. Calvillo then put the Cosmos ahead, beating Richie Ryan with a stop-and-go motion before driving home a low, left-footed shot from the top of the box in the 79th minute.

Playing a full 90 minutes in his third start this year, Calvillo did well to pass the ball to his teammates, completing 36 of 37 passes. He also supported the defense, winning two duels and making one clearance.
