New York Cosmos goalkeeper Kyle Zobeck and midfielder Eric Calvillo were joined by the Cosmos Girls on Friday night at the New York International Auto Show at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
The Auto Show featured a wonderful collection of automobiles, both old and new, with more than four floors of cars displayed from around the world. Around 1,000 vehicles were available for car enthusiasts to view, and both they and the players were able to take photos in the cars.
The players met fans, signed autographs, took pictures and gave out Cosmos giveaways at the event. Fans were excited to interact with the players and ask them a variety of questions about the team. Kyle Zobeck also presented the New York International Auto Show President Mark Schienberg a signed team jersey.
The Auto Show represents North America’s first and largest-attended auto show dating back to 1990 while the Cosmos represent one of the most successful and iconic soccer teams in the United States.
