Shep Messing recently visited a class at PS 192 in Harlem as part of America SCORES, a non-profit organization that combines poetry and soccer to encourage underprivileged youth to live healthy lives.
As part of the after-school program, the students all wrote letters to the legendary Cosmos goalkeeper, describing their favorite parts of the communities they reside in and the parts of the communities that they would like to improve. Messing then shared the letter he wrote to the class about his community.
