Pelé was the first official visitor to number 10 Downing Street to sit at the Prime Ministers chair at the Cabinet Table and sign something. In this case he was signing the Official New York Cosmos Opus signature page.
The honorary president of the New York Cosmos was at the official residence of the British Prime Minister on Wednesday to help promote the Cosmos Opus, as well as the youth soccer program, Street League, which helps youth avoid crime and gain qualifications for jobs.
Pelé is in Britain to attend the Paul Scholes Testimonial match between the New York Cosmos match and Manchester United at Old Trafford on Friday.
