The New York Cosmos Development Program is dedicated to producing world-class, well-rounded athletes within the U.S. who will go on to play with respect, passion, and integrity at the highest levels of the sport.
The Development Program allows for the best talent to be identified early by a national scouting network ensuring those young players with adequate skills, the right mental attitude and ability receive the proper training they need to progress to the highest levels of the game. The New York Cosmos also maintains a Cosmos Academy system, which is committed to nurturing the best talent from across the country.
