May 17th, 2011 - Cosmos Academy West staff sat proudly on the sidelines as they watched both U14 teams compete in an all Cosmos championship match at the National Cup this past weekend in Southern California.
Just the day before, the Cosmos Academy 96 team had stayed late to cheer on their Cosmos Academy West 97 counterparts against the Fullerton Rangers. After a thoroughly entertaining 3-3 draw, the 97s eventually advanced past Fullerton on penalty kicks, at which point the 96s rushed the field to celebrate with the rest of their teammates and soon-to-be opponents.
