New York Cosmos U23′s 2-0 Long Island Rough Riders

July 8th, 2011 – First half goals from Chelsea Moriken Sangary and Stefan Dmitrov secured a comfortable 2-0 victory for the New York Cosmos U23′s against the Long Island Rough Riders at Columbia University’s Baker Athletic Complex. Giovanni Savarese’s young Cosmos team has been steadily improving throughout the summer and this was another confident performance from them and rounds out a successful week for the team.

2011 New York Cosmos U-23 PDL Exhibition Schedule

(UPDATED) June 7th, 2011 - The New York Cosmos U-23 will begin their Premier Development League (PDL) exhibition schedule on Wednesday June 8th, at Farrell High School in Staten Island, their home for the 2011 season, against Ocean City FC. The team will play an eleven game season and will be coached by Cosmos Academy East Director, Giovanni Savarese.
